upgrdae to 20.04 – boot failed after loading ramdisk error: out of Memory -kernel 5.4

 
HI All,

I updated from 18.04 to 20.04 after the update boot would hand at loading ramdisk error: Out of Memory (kernel 5.4.0-40)

booting kernel 4.15.0-112 works fine.

any idea?
