[ubuntu] network lost during sleep

Hi,
from time to time (but really often), my PC loses its ethernet network while in sleep (not deep sleep, just standard)
at waking up, it shows: impossible to activate the network, and network manager displays a 10 Mb connexion (on my 1000 Mb network card)
The only way to get the network back is to unplug the network cable, wait for the network icon to disappear, and replug the cable….then the network activates with 1000 Mb connexion

I can’t find the solution to this issue who ruin my life for several months
Any ideas?
Thnak you
