[ubuntu] LibreOffice XSLT basic filters some how has been installed, need to delete it

I upgraded to LibereOffice 7 and maybe in the process ended up with the following application in my [Others] menu, {LibreOffice XSLT basic filters]. It is causing trouble opening my documents, new document, old document, and any type of LO documents.

I have tried web searches to find out how to delete and have not found anything. Synaptic Package Manager cannot find the application, so it can not delete.

Any suggestions on deleting this file? It has a blue diamond in front like a lot of Microsoft apts in Linux have.
