[ubuntu] How to increase the font size of the top menu bar

Hi all,

Ubuntu 18.04 Gnome desktop

I expect to increase the font size of the top menu bar.

Can I change it on Gnome-tweaks? If YES please advise how.

If NO, please advise how to do it. Thanks

Regards
