[lubuntu] Custom resolution on Lubuntu LXDE/LXQT

Hi, I’m using Lubuntu. I had a custom resolution using xandr for an unsupported high refresh rate 4k with an old DP interface (almost 60hz!)

My version of Lubuntu was being EOL’d so I upgraded to the latest. However, I lost my custom res settings in the process.
I wasn’t able to get my custom res settings to work using the xandr method which frankly was a pain in the *ss

So I ask: is there an easier way to do this, perhaps a GUI solution?
