keyboard shortcut to launch Firefox in Lubuntu (LXDE) 18.04

Does anyone know how a keyboard shortcut can be created in order to launch a new instance of Firefox with the chosen keys combination?
Eventually it would be cool to be able to create shortcuts to launch any possible application.

Thanks in advance
