Headphone jack not working

Headphone jack not working

Hello, this is my first post.
I’m new to linux (used only windows) and I have a HP spectre x360 (Audio card Realtek ALC295)
My headphone jack does not work, my external speakers do.
The headphones are recognized in the sound setting and when I play videos/audios the decibel bar moves.
I tried many solutions proposed in other threads/forums, but they don’t work.
If I change distro the situation doesn’t change.
When I install windows, my headphones work and when I come back to windows they stop to work.
One observation: the headphones work on Linux only if it is hosted by a Windows via a virtual machine.

Please I need help I’m getting crazy.
