Generic kernel headers for Snapdragon, MediaTek and etc.

I can collect universal kernel headers for specific processor models for phones. That is, on any device with 625 Qualcomm these headers will work regardless of the configuration and firmware. I don’t know where to go, but I want these kernel headers (we will do it for all processes soon) in the official repositories Ubuntu. They are tested and work stably.
