Deja-Dup- ignore individual file?

In DeJa-Dup I can ignore folders, but there is one file (~/.mysql_history) that won’t backup, probably because it is locked by another process. I doubt that if I need to do a restore that I’ll need the history file. Is there a way in DeJa-Dup to ignore a specific file?
