Can't update. Problem with mirror?

I haven’t been able to update Ubuntu for a few weeks. There was some problems with my ISP, but they fixed it. I thought this had something to do with IPv6 so I disabled it. What the heck is going on here?

Code:

[email protected]:/etc$ sudo sysctl -w net.ipv6.conf.all.disable_ipv6=1
net.ipv6.conf.all.disable_ipv6 = 1
[email protected]:/etc$ sudo sysctl -w net.ipv6.conf.default.disable_ipv6=1
net.ipv6.conf.default.disable_ipv6 = 1
[email protected]:/etc$ sudo sysctl -w net.ipv6.conf.lo.disable_ipv6=1
net.ipv6.conf.lo.disable_ipv6 = 1
[email protected]:/etc$ sudo apt-get -o Acquire::ForceIPv4=true update
