All commands used in terminal are the same used in all Linux distros ?

All commands used in terminal are the same used in all Linux distros ?

 
I am new to Linux.
In Lubuntu all commands used in Terminal are exactly the same used in others distro (Fedora, Debian, Slackware and Ubuntu) ?
Having problems using the mouse and trying to install video card driver and unhappily Linux distro team had to make more simple some details to more user begin to use Linux.
